Text messages
AFZ Appliance Repair LLC sends text messages about appliance repairs to customers who agree to receive them.
What we text
- Appointment times and changes.
- A notice when your technician is on the way.
- Links to your estimate or invoice.
- After the job, a link to leave us a review.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree
- On our website. Tick the optional box about texts on our service request form. The box is not ticked for you.
- By phone or in person. When you book, our staff read you this: “This is AFZ Appliance Repair. May we text you about your repair? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is that OK?” They record your answer.
Agreeing to texts is not required to get service. If you say no, we will call or email you instead.
How often and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your repair, usually a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call (240) 758-5566 or email info@afzappliancerepair.com.
