These terms apply to afzappliancerepair.com and to text messages from AFZ Appliance Repair LLC (AFZ Appliance Repair).
Using this website
This website gives general information about our appliance repair service and lets you request a repair. Sending a request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it with you.
SMS Terms
Program. AFZ Appliance Repair sends text messages about your repair: appointment times and changes, a notice when your technician is on the way, links to your estimate or invoice, and after the job a link to leave a review. We do not send marketing texts.
Agreeing. You agree by ticking the optional box on our service request form, or by telling our staff it is OK when you book. Agreeing is not required to get service.
Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your repair.
Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call (240) 758-5566 or email info@afzappliancerepair.com.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
